The site has to do justice to the room. People who find you will open it. If it looks cheap, they leave.

Google

When someone wants a med spa for the first time, they do not open Instagram. They open Google Maps. They look at what is nearby, what is rated well, and what the pictures look like. From there they go to your site or your Instagram. Google is the door. A search also shows the map, so both paths start in the same place.

The phones

If you are with a patient and cannot pick up, that call is revenue walking out. We can put a human-sounding agent on the line so the call still gets answered. The agent can connect to your existing booking calendar, make a reservation, answer general questions, take a message, and text you so you can follow up.

P.S. Instagram is to promote new and special offerings to people who already know you. It does not bring in new customers as much as you would like to believe.
